We are currently living with my father in law. He is helping with our 1 year old. My husband has picked up extra hours with Ollie.
I go for a walk each lunchtime with the dogs. I spend a lot of time each weekend out in nature barefoot and enjoy rivers and the beach.
For my physical wellbeing I go to the gym five days a week, I run each morning and on my lunch break I take the dogs for a walk.
My spiritual guidance is growing, I am trying to practice more mindfulness as well as meditating and journalling. This is an ongoing practice.
For my mental health I spend a lot of time outside. I practice open communication with my family and I have boundaries in place to help manage stress.
